Absolutely tragic. One of the most vital aspects of development for children is feeling safe & cared for. How can children in a war zone ever experience that feeling? I just can’t imagine.

Before any despot considers war, he or she, usually a he, should consider the children. These little people are blameless & yet suffer the brunt of battle. Mums & dads lost. Homes destroyed. If you think of nothing else Mr Putin please, PLEASE, think of the #Children #Ukraine

I wonder if you expressed the same outrage at this picture and thousands like it. This little boy was also born in Ukraine, just happened to be in the part no one talks about. Did he deserve this from his government in Kyiv?
